WHY WE NEED TO WORK WITH YOUR DATA: We need your data for various purposes – we need to know it in order to be able to communicate with you, to be able to ensure your participation in our events, to be able to establish and maintain long-term cooperation with our supporters, etc. However, we always pay attention to that we only process your data to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

2. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

GENERAL COMMUNICATION WITH THE PUBLIC: If you contact us with a question, suggestion or request, we process your data in the scope of name, surname, contact e-mail or telephone number and any other data that you give us, for the purpose of handling your question or request . If we do not agree otherwise, we process data until the end of communication and store e-mails for a period of 1 year.

ORGANIZATION OF EVENTS FOR THE COMMUNITY AT CIBULKA: For some events organized by us for the community around the Cibulka Homestead, it is necessary to register in advance due to capacity reasons. For the purpose of their efficient organization, confirmation of your participation and communication in connection with the event, we will process your data in the scope of name, surname and contact e-mail and any other data required in the registration form (for example, organization or date of birth) depending on the type of event. We process the mentioned data for 3 years after the event.

NEGOTIATION OF CONTRACTS, THEIR CONCLUSION AND IMPLEMENTATION: In the course of our activity, we need to conclude contracts with our partners, supporters and suppliers. In order to fulfill contractual obligations, we process personal data to the extent of the specific contract, typically first and last name, organization, ID number, tax identification number, date of birth, place of residence or registered office, invoicing data, contact data and performance data. We process data from contracts for the duration of the contract and for 4 years after their termination. According to the law, we are obliged to process some data related to invoicing or taxes for a period of 10 years.

WEBSITE OPERATION: If you browse our website www.nrv.maxsico.cz or www.novacibulka.cz, we collect and process small data files, so-called cookies, with the help of which we find out what interests you most on our website and how to best adapt our website to your needs and the equipment you use.
